Screenshots you upload are stored securely (Cloudinary or our servers) so our team can match transfers to orders. Only authorised staff can review them.

We may share delivery details with courier partners (e.g. name, phone, address) solely to ship your order. Payment processors and email providers may process data on our behalf under their own security controls.

Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. You can ask us to update or remove contact details where we are not required to keep them.
