Returns & Refunds

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong items, WhatsApp 0324 4862789 or 0314 7473247 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items.

Because many packs are mixed assortments for retail and wholesale, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind once the order is confirmed and packed. Contact us before confirmation if you need to cancel.

Orders not paid within the payment window are auto-cancelled and stock is released. No refund is needed because payment was never confirmed.

Approved refunds are returned via bank transfer to the account you used for payment (or another account you nominate). Please allow a few business days after approval.
