Shipping Policy

We courier across Pakistan. Checkout is limited to Pakistan addresses (city, area where needed, postal code, and full street address).

Orders are packed after payment is confirmed by our team. We aim to hand parcels to the courier within 1–3 business days after confirmation (busy seasons may take longer).

Shipping is estimated at checkout based on city and order value. Lahore usually has a lower rate; other cities are charged a standard rest-of-Pakistan fee. Orders above the free-shipping threshold (shown on the site) may ship free.

Once your parcel ships, we email tracking details when available. You can also look up your order on the Find my order page.

Please keep your phone on for courier calls. If the address is incomplete or unreachable, delivery may be delayed. WhatsApp 0324 4862789 or 0314 7473247 if your parcel is late or marked delivered but not received.
